Goal of the CoE:

“To promote and enhance the quality of the theory and practice of evaluation in South Asia and to contribute to the same, particularly from a South Asian perspective, globally”

CoE Objectives:

The Community has begun to actively engage and work towards improving the quality of evaluation in South Asia and set the following key objectives for itself:

• Developing guidelines for ethics and quality for all stakeholders involved in evaluation in the South Asian Region.
• To develop and emerge as knowledge pool on evaluation in the South Asian context by consolidating all the existing information, conducting research and documenting best practices.
• To develop linkages with regional and international agencies, institutions & individuals to share and disseminate the knowledge generated and advocate for quality of evaluation
• Establish an accreditation body for evaluators that will ensure and promote ethics and quality of evaluations.
