The CoE has also decided for itself progress markers (Outcome Mapping method) in the following three categories:

• COE members will Members prepare and agree to a time bound plan of action for COE
• ASK will organize regular meetings of members /COE
• COE/members will respond to communication
• Every member will actively participate in all COE activities
• Every member will share Evaluation experience through website
• Every member will follow evaluation ethics and principles developed by COE
• COE/members participate actively in COE activities viz: discussion etc.
• Members and ASK will develop an interactive website
• COE/members will finalize objectives, roles and norms

Like to see

• Every COE member will be actively involved in promoting evaluation ethics and guidelines
• COE members will write evaluation papers
• COE members in each country will be active in establishing evaluation associations
• COE members will promote COE thoughts to boundary partners in their own work
• COE/Members will come up with evaluation guidelines
• COE/members will organize and participate in regional meetings /workshop/ interaction
• COE/members will inform or engage key stakeholders to volunteer to join in efforts
• COE/members will come up with accreditation program.

Love to see

• COE members apply enhanced expertise and ethics in conducting evaluations
• ASK supporting COE members to promote capacity building among other interested evaluators
• COE members will bring boundary partners in advocacy platform and share evaluation ethics and principles
• COE/members will work to ensure that COE become center of excellence by influencing policies
• COE/members would train evaluators in south Asian regions on accreditation program
• COE/members will work together to ensure that COE group is financially sustainable.
