Project Steering Committee
 
While ASK is responsible and accountable for the governance and management of the Project, in the management of the Project, ASK is guided by a Steering committee formed for this purpose. The CoE Steering Committee presently comprises of six members and meets once a year for one day each time. Some specific responsibilities of the steering committee members are: |

Critically review the progress of the Project – actions done in relation to the plan, results achieved.

Review the constraints and challenges faced by the project and provide suggestions for improvement

Review the plans for the next stage of the project – assess them in relation to what is achieved, assess the practicality, provide innovative solutions and suggestions

Provide leads to further the achievement of the objective of the Project |
