Project Steering Committee
 

While ASK is responsible and accountable for the governance and management of the Project, in the management of the Project, ASK is guided by a Steering committee formed for this purpose. The CoE Steering Committee presently comprises of six members and meets once a year for one day each time. Some specific responsibilities of the steering committee members are:

 
  • Critically review the progress of the Project – actions done in relation to the plan, results achieved.
  • Review the constraints and challenges faced by the project and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Review the plans for the next stage of the project – assess them in relation to what is achieved, assess the practicality, provide innovative solutions and suggestions
  • Provide leads to further the achievement of the objective of the Project
